On Nine Inch Nails’ TRON: Ares soundtrack

I am yet to figure out Trent’s decision making process to accredit NIN or just Trent Reznor & Atticus Ross to a soundtrack. My gut is telling me that whenever there is Trent singing it goes to NIN, while purely instrumental albums go to Reznor & Ross.
Essentially they are both the same.
Whenever there is a new Nine Inch Nails work, I get excited and this album is no different. Dark instrumentals are accompanied by now classic style of post Hesitation Marks tracks. This brings nice balance and shows NIN in both of their artistic positions.
I Know You Can Feel It with its bass line evokes Angel by another 90s’ icon Massive Attack
Overall yet another great addition to vast discography of Trent Reznor. Now I need to watch the movie… It would be interesting to see if they decided to use these tracks for every scene like what David Fincher did in his collaborations with Reznor and Ross - Social Network and Gone Girl.
